Lovely apartment in a good location for visiting the Oceanografic and City of Arts and Sciences. We walked there in about 20 minutes. Well equipped apartment with plenty of space. The host was waiting there when we arrived to give us our keys and show us around. The apartment is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 big bathrooms with toiletries and basic kitchen utensils. Very nicely decorated. Safely and conveniently located- 20min from the beach and 5 min to bus stop. Perfect for viewing sunrise and sunset. Taxi is also cheap to travel around. You can easily go to the city center or to the art and science center walking or by bus. There are local stores nearby to buy milk, juice, bread, butter etc. to have breakfast in the apartment.

There was a lot of street noise during the night. Car parking is very tight for a big car but can be done.
